Medical disclaimer
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Alpha Age, Alpha Pace and all associated outputs are decision support signals for institutional customers. They are not a medical diagnosis, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Intended use
The Alpha platform is a business to business machine learning service. Outputs are provided to institutional customers such as hospitals, longevity clinics, insurers and research organisations for use within their own clinical, actuarial or research workflows and under the supervision of qualified professionals.
Not a medical device
Alpha Longevity outputs are not currently cleared, approved or certified as a medical device by any regulatory authority, including the US FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA, NMPA, HSA or the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation. Institutional customers are responsible for determining the appropriate regulatory posture for their jurisdiction and intended use.
Statistical nature of the output
Biological age and pace of aging estimates are statistical projections derived from a machine learning model trained on population level data. Individual estimates carry inherent uncertainty and can be influenced by acute illness, hydration, recent physical activity, medication, laboratory variance and pre analytical factors. Serial measurements interpreted by a clinician are more informative than any single value.
No doctor patient relationship
Access to this website, the Alpha API, the Alpha SDK, sample deliverables or any related content does not create a doctor patient, clinician client, or actuarial advisor relationship between you and Alpha Longevity. Alpha does not practice medicine and does not provide clinical care.
Emergencies
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on any information, output or communication associated with Alpha Longevity in an emergency.
Institutional responsibility
Institutional customers are solely responsible for the clinical, actuarial and operational decisions made using Alpha outputs, for obtaining any required informed consent, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
